GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Elite Stylist engages with guests, provides consultations, and recommends products and services. They deliver quality services focused on the guest’s overall look, support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM), and prioritize performance, guest service, and process adherence. A passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service skills, and product knowledge are essential.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance

• Performing a variety of hair services including cuts, color, treatments, styling, and makeup applications.
• Achieving a weekly sales goal of $1900 on average and meeting productivity targets.
• Demonstrating products to enhance sales and guest experience.
• Supporting in-store events and marketing initiatives.
• Staying informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintaining consistent attendance.

People

• Building guest relationships through consultations and recommendations.
• Serving all guests efficiently, including walk-ins.
• Collaborating with skin therapists and retail teams for a comprehensive guest experience.
• Fostering professional relationships with peers and brand partners.
• Promoting loyalty programs and app benefits.
• Attending ongoing training and meetings.

Process

• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Cosmetology license

Experience: Prior relevant work experience required
