General Summary & Scope

The Elite Stylist engages with guests, consulting on hair care needs and recommending products/services. They deliver quality services focused on the guest’s total look, supporting the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) with performance, guest service, and process adherence. Passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service, and product knowledge are essential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Performance

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin, extensions, makeup, ear piercing.
• Meet/exceed weekly sales goal of $1900 and productivity targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services.
• Maintain regular attendance.

People

• Develop guest relationships through consultations and recommendations.
• Serve all guests promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with skin therapists and retail team for a comprehensive guest experience.
• Build professional relationships with peers and brand partners.
• Promote loyalty programs and apps.
• Attend trainings and meetings for professional growth.

Process

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols.
• Adhere to service protocols for consistent guest experience.
• Use booking and client systems effectively.
• Communicate supply needs to the Experience Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and store standards.
• Follow dress code and loss prevention practices.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned.
