GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Elite Stylist engages with guests, consulting on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. They deliver high-quality professional services focused on the guest’s overall look, supporting the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM). This role requires a passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance

• Perform various hair services, including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, and makeup applications.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales goals of $1900, contributing to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and shrink reduction.
• Demonstrate products to guests to enhance sales and service experience.
• Support in-store events and marketing initiatives to enhance guest engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance.

People

• Build guest relationships through consultations and tailored recommendations.
• Serve all guests efficiently, including walk-ins.
• Collaborate with skin therapists and retail teams for a comprehensive guest experience.
• Foster professional relationships with peers and brand partners.
• Promote the guest loyalty program and app.
• Attend trainings and meetings for professional growth.

Process

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Follow sanitation and infection control procedures.
