Job summary

D1 Training in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a dedicated coach to foster a positive, motivating environment for athletes aged 7 and up. You will coach group workouts, personal training, and teams, delivering industry-leading guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition while maintaining high energy and safety.

The role focuses on customizing programs, reducing injury risk through proper technique, and building lasting relationships with members.

Qualifications

• Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• CSCS preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training setting.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
