Job summary

Ladgov Corporation is seeking two Strength and Conditioning Coaches to provide Human Performance Optimization (HPO) support services at Moody Air Force Base, Georgia. Successful candidates will hold a master's degree in Exercise Science or related field, CSCS certification, and current CPR/BLS/AED credentials, with at least

• Master's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field required.
• CSCS certification required.
• Current CPR, BLS, and AED certifications required.
• Minimum three years of experience with elite athletes within past five years.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized and group strength and conditioning programs.
• Conduct physical fitness evaluations and performance assessments.
• Provide coaching on strength, endurance, mobility, and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and adjust training programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate performance records and coordinate with HPO personnel.
