D1 Training - Centennial Hills in Las Vegas is seeking a passionate coach to foster a motivating environment for athletes of all ages. You will maximize client retention through superior coaching, nutrition, and accountability, whilst ensuring safety through proper technique.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Exercise Science or a similar field, with necessary certifications in CPR and AED. Join us in our mission to empower athletes to achieve their fitness goals and thrive in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification required.
• At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA is necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in training setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and motivating atmosphere for athletes.
• Deliver excellent customer service through coaching and training.
• Adapt movements for individuals to ensure effectiveness and safety.
• Maintain prompt scheduling for sessions.
• Build rapport and relationships with athletes.
