Job summary

The Connor Group seeks an experienced Strength & Conditioning leader to elevate performance for Division I athletes and pro prospects. You will apply elite training methodologies, drive results, and mentor staff in a high-demand environment.

Candidates must hold CSCS, a bachelor's degree, and preferably a master's degree in exercise science or related field, with a track record of improving athlete outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ strength and conditioning experience working with Division I college athletes or professional sports.
• Nationally recognized strength and conditioning credentials (CSCS).
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred – in exercise science or strength and conditioning.
