UFC GYM is seeking an energetic Strength Instructor to lead results-driven resistance training sessions across our fitness centers in Hawaii. You will plan, deliver, and adapt structured group classes that build lean muscle, improve technique, and enhance functional strength.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of exercise science principles, anatomy, and safe resistance training techniques.
• High energy with the ability to motivate participants and command a room.
• Clear cueing and excellent interpersonal skills across a diverse membership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured strength classes with safe, well-paced programming and smooth transitions.
• Educate participants on proper lifting form and body alignment for safety and effectiveness.
• Welcome new participants, build rapport, and foster a positive, inclusive class environment.
• Arrive early for setup, ensure weights and equipment are stored correctly.
• Promote gym programs, events, and membership perks as a brand ambassador.
