The Kraft Group, through the New England Revolution Academy, seeks an Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive sports medicine services for Academy athletes, including injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation and medical coverage during trainings and matches.

You will maintain medical records, coordinate appointments, and collaborate with team physicians, coaches and staff while upholding HIPAA, MLS NEXT, and club policies; MA licensure and BOC certification are required,

Qualifications

• Degree in athletic training from an accredited program meeting BOC and Massachusetts licensure requirements.
• 0–2 years of professional athletic training or sports medicine experience.
• Current BOC certification and MA Athletic Trainer license or ability to obtain before start.
• CPR/AED and SafeSport certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Provide athletic training services including injury prevention, evaluation and first aid.
• Deliver rehabilitation programs and return-to-participation plans.
• Provide medical coverage for training, matches, and travel as required.
• Maintain athlete medical records and daily injury reporting.
• Coordinate medical appointments and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with MLS NEXT, MLS, OSHA, and privacy policies.
• Support medical coverage for NE Revolution II and first team as assigned.
• Manage medical supplies and equipment.
