Gavin de Becker & Associates is looking for Protectors to ensure the safety of high-profile clients in Los Angeles. The position offers a first-year minimum base salary of $81,000, with opportunities to earn up to $100,000 based on experience and training performance.

Ideal candidates include athletes and certified trainers with strong physical fitness and decision-making skills. Candidates will undergo a 12-day training in San Antonio, TX, and must pass physical tests and background checks.

Qualifications

• High-performing athletes and fitness professionals preferred.
• Ability to pass a physical readiness test required.
• Must be drug and nicotine free.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property using GDBA Command Center tools.
• Screen visitors and control access to protected sites.
• Coordinate security plans and respond to emergencies.
• Provide logistical support at clients' homes and travel.
