Allied Universal is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for the St. Francisville, LA area. The role involves maintaining a visible presence, assisting staff and visitors, and enforcing safety protocols on a 12-hour overnight schedule (5 PM–5 AM).

Pay is $20.00 per hour with weekly pay. Applicants should be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), and be prepared for a background check and drug screening as required by law.

Job Description

POSITION: Unarmed Security officer

LOCATION: St. Francisville / Zip Code : 70775

SHIFT: Full-time, 12-hr shifts

SCHEDULE: 5p-5a Overnight

PAY $20.00 / per hour / pays weekly

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Assist staff and visitors

• Maintaining a visible presence to deter and detect any suspicious activity.

• Observe and reportincidents and disturbances while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

• Monitoring entryways and exits; conducting regular checks on property security systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Law enforcement or military - first consideration
• Stand / walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in the elements as needed
• 21+ Years of Age
• Security Experience - +2 Years
• Valid Driver's License - must have a clean record, no flags or suspensions

As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
