Job summary

P4 Companies is seeking a security-focused professional in Chevy Chase, MD to provide top-tier guest and staff service while maintaining a secure property environment. You will perform lobby reception duties, monitor for safety hazards, and respond to incidents to ensure resident and staff safety.

The role requires 5+ years of customer experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to walk up to 1 mile per shift.
• Problem solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with many teams across the community to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent proficiency in professional communications; phone, in writing, and in person.
• Computer proficiency: experience with online management tools for Key Control, closed circuit camera view and review systems, Outlook for email and calendaring.
• Accountability for Daily Tasks, Attention to Detail, Ability to patrol property exterior at night, independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.
