Stratton Mountain Resort seeks a dedicated Freestyle/Freeski Coach to provide high-level coaching for athletes across all levels. You will work within the Winter Sports Club framework, emphasizing safety, communication, and effective training planning.

The role starts at $20.00 per hour and offers opportunities for wage increases with certifications, with ongoing recruitment through December. Regular evenings, weekends, and holidays during the winter are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, in progress or completed.
• Coaching experience in freestyle/freeski at state/local level preferred.
• US Ski & Snowboard/USASA membership required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and CPR/First Aid is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced freestyle/freeski coaching to athletes of all levels.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to implement seasonal training plans.
• Maintain safety standards and proper venue management during practices.
