Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Scrum Master to support a Navy modernization program, driving Agile outcomes and helping the team deliver sprint goals with focus and discipline to meet critical milestones.

You will coach the development team on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban practices, leverage Azure DevOps and PowerBI for transparent metrics, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners while ensuring compliance with security requirements and program expectations.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile Metrics
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Certified Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master Certification

Responsibilities

Coach a development team to focus on sprint goals and ensure progress toward milestones
Apply basic scrum principles to resolve routine problems and improve processes
Use Azure DevOps and PowerBI to strengthen sustainable process improvements and metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet customer expectations and compliance requirements
