feel the moment, read the guest, and guide them to the getaway that reawakens their relationship.
If you're a persuasive communicator, a high-empathy closer, and a hospitality-driven performer who thrives in high-pressure environments—this is your chance to make magic while making money.
Who we want:
- Emotional closers. You sell with heart, not pressure. You know when to listen and when to lead.
- Top 1% communicators. You can take someone from “just browsing” to “fully booked” in a single call—and make them feel amazing about it.

Disqualifiers - Do not Apply if:
- You “don’t like selling”—this is a sales role.
- You freeze under pressure or hate the phone.
- You can’t juggle multiple leads at once or follow up without being asked.
- You need scripts to feel confident—you must be fluent in listening, not just reading lines.
- You’re not obsessed with the guest experience—we’re not a call center. We’re a mission-driven luxury brand.
Compensation:
- Base + Commission. Generous bonus structure for closers who can convert.
- Full-time role. Some weekend and evening availability required (that’s when our guests book).
- High performance = high earnings. The more you close, the more you make.
Location and Pace:
- Remote-first role. Work from anywhere—but move like you’re on-site.
- Extreme responsiveness required. We don’t just follow up in days—we follow up in minutes.
- This is a 50+ hour/week role. You’ll earn more than most—but only if you perform more than most.
