Pro Roofing and Siding is seeking two elite sales professionals to close deals in the Metro Atlanta area. This role offers 100% commission with uncapped earnings and a steady flow of pre-qualified appointments.

You’ll focus on selling, closing, and delivering outstanding service on high-value exterior projects. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in commission-based sales, are masters of the one-call close, and thrive with long driving days.

Qualifications

• Verifiable track record of high performance in commission-based sales.
• Master of the one-call close and value-building.
• Positive mindset and resilience in face of rejection.
• Willingness to drive long distances for appointments.
• Disciplined and autonomous with pipeline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Run 2–4 pre-qualified, company-provided appointments per day.
• Conduct on-site inspections of roofing, siding, windows and exteriors.
• Present solutions, provide quotes, and close contracts at the home.
• Leverage warranties and product offerings to build value.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-up using CRM.
• Coordinate with production team for a seamless customer experience.
