Job summary

Elite Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Technician Lead in Twin Falls, ID. You will manage primary responsibilities like demolition, water extraction, mold remediation, drying, and containment.

The role requires stamina for long periods, ability to lift heavy objects, and the on-call rotation may include weekends and nights. The position emphasizes a professional appearance and readiness to work in a team, with opportunities to contribute to a growing company focused on restoring damaged homes

Qualifications

• IICRC Certifications a plus (not required).
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Willingness/ability to work some weekends and night hours as needed (on-call rotation).
• MUST HAVE: Polished appearance (no facial or neck tattoos).

• Carpet seam cutting
• Removing and disposing of debris
• Water pumping and extraction
• Mold remediation
• Specialty drying (hardwood, plaster, etc.)

• Setting drying equipment
• Constructing polyethylene enclosures
• Containment construction and maintenance
• Contents Manipulation
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed, including responsibilities in other departments not specifically outlined in the job description
