Crisis24 in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Residential Security Team Agent to support protective security operations in fast-paced corporate environments. You will help safeguard people, monitor access and surveillance, and coordinate with internal teams and local law enforcement.

This role requires readiness for irregular hours, a background check, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses. Prior experience is valued but demonstrated integrity and a willingness to learn are paramount.

Qualifikationen

• Participation in random drug screenings.
• Must complete physical readiness test prior to offer.
• Pass pre-employment background investigation.
• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Possess a valid and current driver license.
• Possess a valid U.S Passport.
• Must be able to obtain a state guard card and firearms license.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees.
• Monitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and cameras.
• Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Opportunities for travel/special assignments.
• Effectively build relationship and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to identify and mitigate threats.
• Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities.
• Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment.
