Qualifications

• Experience in Residential Security, Executive Protection, Military, Law Enforcement, or Emergency Response.
• Familiarity with estate operations and high-net-worth residential environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure property boundaries and access points.
• Operate and monitor residential security systems.
• Act as first responder to emergencies.
• Conduct property patrols and area sweeps.
• Interact professionally with household members and staff.
• Document security incidents and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with mobile executive protection teams.
• Enforce household security protocols.
