Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Residential Security Agent to join our team embedded with our client in Malibu, CA. This on-site, full-time role requires 12-hour shifts with a 4/3 and 3/4 schedule, initially night rotations with future day/night rotation, and strict adherence to safety and client service standards.

As RSA you will monitor access control, CCTV, incident management, and emergency response, coordinate with the client’s security team, maintain excellent rapport, and ensure security

Qualifications

• Very strong customer-service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High ethical standards with discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Capable of long foot patrols across large properties.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control systems and CCTV; respond to incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response and threat management.
• Maintain client relations and provide excellent service to guests and staff.
• Ensure security deliverables are met across all services.
