Allied Universal is seeking a highly professional Residential Security Agent in Denver. The role is embedded with a private client to ensure life safety and protect property and assets, delivering exceptional service with vigilance and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has executive protection or residential security experience and thrives in a client-focused environment, with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in private security or related protective operations.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. passport for international travel.
• Unarmed Guard license with plain clothes endorsement from Denver.
• Ability to obtain state security licenses or permits within 30 days of employment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential security for principals, family members, and guests.
• Maintain situational awareness and monitor properties.
• Report suspicious activity and document incidents and security concerns.
• Implement access control procedures and maintain entry logs.
• Monitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and detection systems.
• Conduct risk, threat, and vulnerability assessments and recommend improvements.
• Respond to emergencies per procedures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed.
• Prepare incident reports with photos and witness statements.
• Assist with some property management and scheduling tasks to protect privacy.
