Job summary

A federal law enforcement agency is seeking special agents to provide protection for various clients and conduct criminal investigations related to financial obligations of the U.S. Ideal candidates must be U.S. citizens aged 21-37, carry a firearm, and complete rigorous training. A Top Secret Clearance is required. Successful candidates will experience a rewarding career serving their country with honor and pride.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Possess a current valid driver's license.
• Carry and use a firearm; proficiency is mandatory.
• Be at least age 21 at application; less than age 37 for conditional offer.
• Top Secret Clearance required.
• Visual acuity of 20/100 uncorrected; 20/20 corrected.
• Hearing loss must not exceed 25 decibels in specified frequencies.
• Submit to drug tests.
• Complete 13 weeks of training at the FLETC and 18 weeks at James J. Rowley Training Center.
• Willingness to accept assignments anywhere in the U.S. and overseas.
• Male applicants must certify Selective Service registration or exemption.

Responsibilities

• Providing protection for various protectees.
• Conducting criminal investigations related to financial obligations of the U.S.
• Planning security designs for National Special Security Events.
