Job summary

Baptist Health - Central Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise nursing staff on the shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing personnel on shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care.
• Use the nursing process for patient assessments, care planning, and interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Possess additional duties within scope as assigned.
