Job summary

NetJets is hiring a Flight Attendant to deliver an elite, personalized in-flight experience while upholding an uncompromising commitment to safety and security for Owners and passengers. You will conduct interior preflight inspections, welcome Guests, provide briefings, source high-quality catering when needed, and execute bespoke service notes.

This role requires travel across time zones and collaboration with Owner Services and other internal teams to ensure a seamless, luxurious journey from

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with clarity, professionalism, and poise.
• Proficient in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restriction.
• Completion of NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of Owners and passengers following FAM and SOPs.
• Welcome Guests, provide briefings, and serve as the on-board subject matter expert.
• Source high-quality catering from external providers when needed, ensuring luxury standards.
• Deliver elevated inflight service, premium beverages, and bespoke Owner profiles.
• Ensure cabin baggage is properly stowed and aircraft cabin remains clean and organized.
• Collaborate with Owner Services and other internal teams for a seamless travel experience.
• Communicate cabin concerns or irregularities to Pilot in Command promptly.
