Silver Air Private Jets in Miami is seeking a Sales Advisor to develop relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients through their private jet membership program. This role involves prospecting, representing Flight Club at luxury events, and managing the HubSpot CRM pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in high-performance sales, a network of affluent contacts, and a consultative selling style. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-performance sales role (luxury, real estate, wealth management, hospitality, or executive services).
• Experience building relationships with affluent or ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
• Self-starter comfortable operating without a script.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Convert qualified inbound leads into enrolled Flight Club members.
• Manage the HubSpot CRM pipeline, logging activities and tracking opportunities.
