Silver Air Private Jets is looking for a dedicated Advisor to foster relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role emphasizes consultative sales, allowing you to earn commissions based on the growth of your client book, with potential earnings exceeding seven figures.

You will leverage your existing network and work with a dedicated marketing team to represent Flight Club at upscale events, articulating the value of an invitation-only private jet membership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-performance sales role such as luxury or wealth management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience building relationships with affluent clientele.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover clients' aviation needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for every member in your book.
