Lily Pond Services LLC in New York, NY, seeks a highly professional live-out housekeeper with light cooking skills for a formal household. You will maintain pristine spaces, handle delicate furnishings, and coordinate with a small team to uphold impeccable standards.

Requirements include 5+ years in a formal setting, excellent English, discretion, and the ability to work with a house manager. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PM with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end household.
• Exceptional attention to detail and standards of service.
• Able to work with the house manager and principals as part of a team.
• Strong command of English in spoken and written form.
• Knowledge of proper care for luxury furnishings and linens.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform meticulous cleaning and organization of bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Care for delicate furnishings, artwork, marble and high-end surfaces with care.
• Support the laundress with laundry and wardrobe management including ironing.
• Perform light cooking as required per family preferences.
• Shop for groceries and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow the household calendar and established protocols.
