Job summary

TrustHouse is seeking elite Private Duty Registered Nurses (RNs) who provide bespoke, one-on-one care in private home settings for discerning clients. This role requires clinical excellence, discretion, and a concierge-level approach to patient care.

Ideal candidates hold a New York State RN license with a BSN, 5+ years of nursing experience in top-tier settings, and at least 2 years in ICU/CCU/ED, plus BLS certification and authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• RN license required in New York State.
• BSN degree required.
• 5+ years of nursing experience in top-tier healthcare settings.
• 2+ years experience in ICU, CCU or ED.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke, one-on-one nursing care in an upscale home environment.
• Anticipate and proactively manage all aspects of patient health with precision and discretion.
• Administer and oversee advanced medical treatments, including IV therapy, medication and pain management.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs with clinical expertise and attentiveness.
• Educate and guide families with a concierge-level approach, ensuring peace of mind.
