Job summary

Invited is seeking a Fitness Trainer to create a safe, engaging fitness environment for members and guests. You will supervise exercise programs, educate on proper techniques, and develop personalized plans tailored to individual goals.

By delivering the club’s signature service—Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells—you’ll promote facilities, maintain certifications (CPR/AED), and help sustain a professional, welcoming atmosphere across our nationwide clubs.

Qualifications

• Must hold current personal training certifications (ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA).
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification within the last 6 months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and motivate clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the exercise and fitness areas and support members’ programs.
• Evaluate member/guest fitness needs and provide appropriate exercise plans.
• Conduct Fit Start appointments and track progress.
• Promote club facilities and programs with professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and seek ongoing education.
