Job summary

Invited is seeking a Fitness Trainer to create a safe, engaging fitness environment for club members and guests. You will supervise exercise programs, educate members on techniques, and develop personalized fitness plans aligned with individual goals.

You will actively promote the club’s services and facilities, ensuring a positive member experience through warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells while upholding the club’s standards of professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Fitness Trainer.
• Current personal training certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA.
• CPR, First Aid and AED within last 6 months and group exercise instructor certification (AFAA or ACE).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the exercise and fitness areas for members and guests.
• Evaluate fitness needs and provide appropriate exercise programs; personal instruction as needed.
• Conduct new Member Fit Start appointments and track progress.
• Promote club facilities and services while maintaining professionalism and service standards.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications and organize daily activity schedules.
