Reports to Supervisors, Sous Chefs, and Executive Chef; FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt. Responsibilities include gathering supplies, preparing all menu items per club recipes, maintaining station cleanliness, and ensuring high sanitary

Qualifications

• 2 years professional kitchen experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow English instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Gathers supplies to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Prepares all food per menu and club recipes.
• Maintains cleanliness of station and equipment.
• Sets up lunch cook station and maintains it.
• Adheres to health and safety regulations.
• Covers and stores leftovers properly.
• Assists Chefs and Supervisors with other duties as assigned.
