Day Pitney LLP's Private Client Department (PCD) seeks an associate with at least 3 years of trusts and estates experience to join our nationally recognized practice in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate will handle high-net-worth trust and estate planning and administration, including tax considerations, with strong communication and client service skills.

We offer a hybrid work environment with two remote days per week, supporting flexible schedules alongside in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in sophisticated trusts and estates matters.
• Excellent technical, professional and client service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
• Team-oriented with collaboration emphasis.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to client and team needs.
• Active New Jersey State bar membership in good standing.
