Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Private Client Relationship Manager (PCRM) to engage affluent clients, develop long-term financial plans, and collaborate with Wealth Advisors and CFPs. You will onboard new clients, expand deposits and investments, and provide high-touch service across Citizens Private Client.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, cross-department partnership, and strong regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in banking or wealth management.
• Experience with affluent/high-net-worth clients.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 6 (or 7) and Series 63 (or 66) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new affluent clients into a Book of Business.
• Grow deposits, investments, and lending balances through personalized planning conversations.
• Deepen and retain client relationships with proactive outbound engagements.
• Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences.
• Engage Wealth Advisors and CFPs to help clients reach financial goals.
• Partner with Retail, Mortgage and Wealth for seamless service.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity.
