JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker to serve a select group of affluent clients in Branch Banking.

You will manage end-to-end banking relationships, driving growth through referrals and proactive service while collaborating with specialists to meet complex financial needs. The role requires a client-focused, education-driven approach, strong communication, and flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation.
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and FINRA registration requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible.
• Actively manages banking relationships with an advice-based approach to deliver best-suited products and services.
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Facilitates self-service options to access accounts 24/7.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
