Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field (preferred) or equivalent experience (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience (required)
• FINRA Licenses S7 and S66 (preferred) or FINRA Licenses S63 and S65 (preferred)
• CFP (preferred), CIMA (preferred), CPA (preferred), CFA (preferred)
• Licensed Attorney/JD (varies by state) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing and investment solutions that will help the client achieve their financial goals.
• Leads, coordinates, and assembles the extended advisory team based on relationship complexity.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the client’s needs through reviews, CRM data and meetings.
• Prepares and delivers client presentations with appropriate financial solutions.
• Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals by expanding existing client relationships and capturing new business growth.
• Prospects actively to maintain a healthy pipeline and sources opportunities through referrals.
