Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business related field or equivalent work experience (required)
• 5 years of demonstrated sales and business development experience with proven results (required)
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) (required) and
• Resident State Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, and Accident/Health or Life & Disability) (required)
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) (preferred)
• Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) (preferred)
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary client advisor by recommending banking, borrowing and investment solutions that will help the client achieve their financial goals.
• Leads, coordinates, and assembles the extended advisory team based on relationship complexity.
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs and captures goals in a financial plan.
• Prepares and delivers client presentations with appropriate financial solutions.
• Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals by expanding relationships and closing referrals.
• Maintains a pipeline through prospecting and internal/external referrals.
• Represents KeyBank in community organizations to source business opportunities.
