The role requires 5+ years in private banking, strong networking, and a proven sales record. You will collaborate with trust, mortgage, and insurance specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• CFP or CFA certifications advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related client-facing financial services.
• Proven track record managing high-net-worth portfolios and achieving sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of investment products and wealth management strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and business development capabilities.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client confidentiality.
• Proficiency with banking software and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with the Free State region is a plus.

Responsibilities
