Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales with a focus on prestige category and iconic brands.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service, greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and informing about promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events, supporting prestige and brand sales goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests.
