Compensation:

• Total compensation combines the posted hourly base rate and quarterly production bonuses:

• Production bonus goals are reviewed and paid quarterly

Job Description Summary:

Advanced level position responsible for performing physical and remote audits of insured’s business. Includes interviewing, investigating, collecting, and recording information to produce a written report for the insurance carrier.

Compensation:

• Pay Type: Hourly plus production bonus incentives, in accordance with EXL’s policies
• Total earnings target between $60k - $90k+ in the first year, combining hourly base and bonuses

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform audit activities as assigned by management
• Determine audit priorities, schedule, prepare appointment letters, review business records, and draft reports
• Meet with business owners/managers to review audit results and implement actions
• Transmit reports to Quality Review on time
• Travel to various sites as required
• Correct and resubmit audits as needed

Non-Essential Duties:

• Maintain accurate records
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Resourcefulness in completing projects
• Knowledge of computer applications and audit functions

Qualifications:
