Compensation

• Pay Type: Hourly plus quarterly production bonuses, in accordance with EXL policies
• Total compensation ranges from $60k to $90k+ in the first year, combining base pay and bonuses
• Hourly rate depends on experience and location
• Bonuses are paid quarterly with no cap

Job Description Summary

This advanced role involves performing physical and remote audits of insured businesses, conducting interviews, investigations, and compiling reports for insurance carriers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform assigned audit activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Prepare appointment letters, review business records, and document findings
• Meet with business owners/managers to review audit results
• Transmit reports to Quality Review timely
• Travel as required for audits
• Correct and resubmit audits as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently from home
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Self-motivated, disciplined, eager to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
