Job summary

Our client seeks a financial professional with a background in Investments to serve high-net-worth clients across Portland, OR; Dallas, TX; or Tampa, FL. You will educate clients on the firm’s investment philosophy, build lasting relationships, and deliver elite service within a fast-paced environment.

You will manage onboarding, fund accounts, and align client goals with the portfolio, supported by an IPC-driven team and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field.
• 3–8 years in asset management, financial services, and client relations.
• Series 65/66 or equivalent license required.
• Knowledge of investment products and strategy development.
• Strong capital market knowledge for client education.
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex client workloads.
• Excellent communication with high-net-worth clients.
• Base salary range $65,000–$125,000 per year in WA; new hires start at the lower end.
• Eligible for discretionary bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the short-term point of contact for high-net-worth clients.
• Build genuine relationships to drive high conversion rates and retention.
• Onboard new clients, ensure accounts are funded, align goals with portfolio.
• Provide high-touch service with IPC-backed team and ongoing coaching.
• Identify referral opportunities to bring in new assets.
