Qualifications

• PT certifications and ongoing education required.

Responsibilities

• Create an outstanding initial personal training experience for introductory clients.
• Develop comprehensive fitness programs including exercise selection and nutrition guidance.
• Educate clients on available fitness tools and resources.
• Set expectations, monitor progress, and adjust programs accordingly.
• Instruct proper exercise techniques and ensure client safety while training.
• Schedule sessions and manage administration using company systems.
