Job summary

WellBiz Brands, Inc. is hiring Personal Trainers for Fitness Together Fairfax. Join a private, fully equipped studio with an established client base and a team-focused culture focused on a holistic approach including resistance training, cardio, nutrition guidance, and personalized coaching.

The role offers W-2 employment with incentives, ongoing education, and a stable schedule with no Sundays and holidays mostly closed. Evening shifts and some Saturdays are required to support client success.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM/ACSM) is required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team to help clients achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Design safe, effective fitness programs tailored to each client.
• Educate and empower clients to stay motivated outside the studio.
• Conduct in-studio and live 1-on-1 training sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe training environment and professional appearance.
• Hold clients accountable with patience and genuine care.
• Continually sharpen skills to grow as an expert in the field.
