Equinox personal trainer positions empower you to elevate both your clients and your own practice. Under guidance from two managers you’ll learn programming, education, business, and financial planning to expand your PT career beyond the gym.

You’ll build a base of clients, perform assessments, tailor programs for in-person and virtual sessions, and pursue CEU credits through Continuing Education. Equinox offers robust pay and growth opportunities in a luxury wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Current CPR/AED certification; certification reimbursement program available.
• Passion, ambition, drive and knowledge regarding fitness.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and/or clients.
• Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
• Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services for members.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Attend continuing education classes for growth and promotions.
