Plus One, an Optum Workplace Well-being partner, seeks an energetic Personal Trainer to work at our San Diego fitness center. You will conduct fitness assessments, design personalized programs, and help members reach their health goals.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s in exercise science or a NCCA certification, CPR/First Aid, and be comfortable using a range of fitness tools. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or kinesiology or an NCCA-accredited PT certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience with exercise testing and program design for clients.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct fitness assessments and implement personalized exercise programs.
• Establish and maintain a personal training clientele.
• Guide members on proper use of equipment.
• Stay current on certifications and trends in the industry.
• Opportunity to teach group fitness classes and provide coverage.
