Equinox is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer in the United States to help members maximize their fitness and life. You will develop programming, lead sessions, and grow your client base under experienced managers, combining education with hands-on practice.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one.
• CPR/AED certification required or available through reimbursement.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base and schedule.
• Market and promote personal training programs to members and clients.
• Deliver fitness assessments, guided workouts, and personalized programming.
• Ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming fitness floor during shifts.
