Job summary

Equinox is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to empower clients through customized fitness programs and expert guidance. You will manage bookings, conduct assessments, and deliver engaging workouts for both in-person and virtual clients.

The role emphasizes professional development and active member interaction. You will work under two managers, advancing your education, business and financial planning skills while pursuing opportunities for promotions within a premier fitness environment.

Qualifications

Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through a certification reimbursement program.
Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field).
Current CPR/AED certification.
Certification opportunities available for non‑certified applicants.
Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness.
Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective time management and organizational skills.
Basic computer and technology skills.
Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain an active client base and manage a schedule within internal systems.
Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other services for members; create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
