Under two managers, you will refine an approach to programming, business, and financial planning to ensure a thriving PT career with growth and impact. Applicants should possess current PT certification and CPR/AED, be available weekdays and weekends in person, and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and tech skills.

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an active client base.
• Manage and maintain an accurate schedule and appointments.
• Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of club services, programs, and products.
• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts.
• Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintain a safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
