The Exercise Coach - West Des Moines is seeking Elite Personal Trainers who are passionate about helping clients transform their lives through fitness. We offer comprehensive training, company-paid certifications, and a clear path for career advancement across 7 locations.

No prior fitness experience is required, but candidates with personal training or small-group fitness backgrounds receive priority. All team members receive full training in our methods and technologies.

Qualifications

• No fitness experience required; priority for those with PT or small-group fitness instruction experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• The Exercise Coach Certification Course and Stretch Coach Certification Course are required for the role.
• CPR/AED certification from a nationally-recognized provider.
