Responsibilities

• Design personalized fitness programs based on member goals
• Assess new member intake questions to understand fitness goals and constraints
• Develop individualized exercise plans aligned with goals and safety
• Provide education on nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance training
• Demonstrate exercises and guide equipment use on the gym floor
• Maintain a safe, clean workout floor and build relationships with members
• Motivate members, introduce new classes, and keep engagement high
• Conduct gym walkthroughs to ensure equipment is re-racked and facilities meet standards
• Assist the club in achieving monthly revenue goals set by management
• Perform other duties as assigned
